Cancellations and Refund Policy

At INTERIOR ON, our top priority is delivering exceptional service to all our valued clients. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. To ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved, we have established a Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Notification: Should you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you notify us within 72 hours of the scheduled date and time. Timely notification is crucial for us to adjust our schedule and make the appointment slot available to other clients. Failure to provide cancellation notice within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any refund.

Rescheduling: We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule an appointment, we are committed to working with you to find a new suitable date and time. Communicate your circumstances with our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refunds for a Room Makeover: Once we receive pictures of your space and our designers commence work on your project, we regret to inform you that refunds will no longer be available. This policy is in place because our design team invests significant time and effort in creating a personalised plan tailored to your space. Therefore, after receiving your pictures, our designers may already be diligently working to ensure a timely and satisfactory outcome.

Refunds for Design Consultation Service: If you request a refund before your scheduled consultation date, we will gladly process it for you. However, please note that a service fee of 5% will be deducted from your payment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but the service fee is necessary due to the processing fees imposed by our payment platform.

Our cancellation and refund policy is crafted to maintain fairness for our designers and ensure efficient service for all our valued clients. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
