Thank you for selecting INTERIOR ON for your virtual interior design service. We appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with you in crafting a space that perfectly mirrors your lifestyle and preferences. Compliance with our Design Process:
By choosing our services at INTERIOR ON, you agree to adhere to our virtual design process. This process involves furnishing us with necessary information about your lifestyle and space, enabling us to design your space to the best of our abilities. We kindly request you to respond promptly to our information requests to ensure a seamless design experience.
Unfortunately, if we do not receive a response within three months of our initial information request, we may regrettably have to cancel your order without a refund. Before taking such action, we will make five attempts to contact you via the email address you provided at the time of purchase. We understand that our emails may occasionally land in your spam folder, so please check all folders for our messages, especially if you haven't heard from us within two business days of your purchase.
Important Notice Regarding Design Delays:
Our services and pricing may evolve; thus, all our services have a validity period of six months from the date of purchase. After this period, the pricing and availability of our services may change.
With this in mind, we want to inform you of our policy regarding design delays and appointment rescheduling. If, after six months following your purchase, you have been unable to finalise the design or reschedule your appointment, we regret to inform you that your order will be cancelled, and your refund will be forfeited.
Our team at INTERIOR ON is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised designs to our clients. To maintain efficiency and ensure timely project completion, we must adhere to this policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
If you encounter unexpected delays or difficulties preventing you from finalising the design or attending your appointment within the given timeframe, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. Our team will be happy to assist you and explore potential solutions.

Before and After Images:
When you purchase our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may use a before image of your space alongside the after images for marketing purposes. This allows us to showcase the transformation achieved through our services and demonstrate the quality of our work to potential clients.
