What to anticipate:

Following your purchase, we'll guide you through our design process and what information we require to commence. Once we've received the necessary details, Alex will undertake space planning, curate products, and craft your room visual to match your specifications. She will then present your design plan via a face-to-face Google Meet session, gather any feedback, and adjust the design if necessary. All deliverables will be dispatched via email following your meeting.

Room makeovers are priced individually based on the type of room. Due to sourcing, visual renderings, and equitable pricing, open-concept spaces are treated as distinct rooms based on their use. For instance, an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area would be categorized as a kitchen and living/dining combo in the dropdown menu.

Upon receipt of pictures of your space by Alex, there is currently an estimated turnaround time of 8-10 weeks for your completed design.

Please be aware: All sales are considered final once we've received pictures of your space.
